As previously disclosed on November 15, 2007, InfoSpace, Inc. declared a special cash distribution of $9.00 per share that will be payable on or about January 8, 2008 to shareholders of record at the close of business December 10, 2007. NASDAQ has currently set the ex-dividend date as January 9th, the day after the expected payable date.

How do I convert my Switchboard shares to InfoSpace shares?
Switchboard was acquired by InfoSpace, Inc. in June 2004 in an all-cash transaction and therefore shares of Switchboard no longer trade on NASDAQ and they are not convertible into InfoSpace shares. If you hold your Swtichboard shares in a brokerage account, you should have received $7.75 per share in cash in your brokerage account in place of your Switchbard shares. If this has not yet happened, please contact your broker. If you hold your Switchbard shares directly, you should have received notification from Mellon Investor Services as to how to exchange them for cash in the amount of $7.75 per share.
