Jim Voelker
Chairman & Chief Executive Officer -
Jim Voelker assumed the role of chairman and CEO of InfoSpace in December 2002. He had played an integral role at InfoSpace since being named to the Company's board of directors in July 2002.
Voelker has more than 20 years of experience running and managing telecommunications and technology companies. Voelker served as president and board director of NEXTLINK Communications, Inc., now XO Communications, where he was instrumental in developing the Company vision and guiding overall operations from inception in 1994 through 1998.
At NEXTLINK, Voelker directed strategic and operational initiatives and was responsible for the development and execution of tactical plans and organizational structures, recruiting employees and capital fundraising.
Prior to NEXTLINK, Voelker served as CEO and board director of U.S. Signal where he successfully directed the merger and operation of various entities into a single unit, which became the first full service competitive local exchange carrier in the U.S.
In addition, Voelker serves as an advisor to Providence Equity Partners and Pivotal Partners. -
John E. Cunningham IV

John E. Cunningham, IV is general partner of Clear Fir Partners, L.P. In addition to InfoSpace, Cunningham serves on the Board of Directors of Revenue Science, Inc., Citel Communications, Inc. and Catholic Community Services. He is on the Board of Advisors of Petra Growth Fund.
Cunningham served as chairman and CEO of RealCom Office Communications, a privately held telecommunications company that merged with MFS Communications Company, Inc.
Cunningham holds a bachelor of arts degree from Santa Clara University and a master's of business administration from University of Virginia. -
Jules Haimovitz

Jules Haimovitz is the Vice-Chairman and Managing Partner of Dick Clark Productions.
Prior to Dick Clark Productions, Mr. Haimovitz held the position of president of MGM Networks. Previously, Jules has served in executive positions at King World Productions, ITC Entertainment Group, Spelling Entertainment and Viacom International Inc.
Mr. Haimovitz holds a dual B.A degree in Mathematics and Communications, as well as an M.A. degree in Mathematics from Brooklyn College. He also serves on the Brooklyn College Foundation Board. -
Richard D. Hearney

Gen. Richard D. Hearney, USMC (Ret.) served as president and chief executive officer of Business Executives for National Security (BENS) from January 2000 to April 2002. BENS is a national, nonpartisan organization of business leaders, who apply the lessons of their successful businesses to making our country safer and more secure.
Prior to joining BENS, General Hearney was vice president of Military Aircraft and Missile Systems Group for the Boeing Company. He joined the former McDonnell Douglas Corporation in 1996 as regional vice president of Business Development - Western Europe, and while in London, served as the company's senior representative in Europe.
General Hearney retired from military service in 1996 as Assistant Commandant of the Marine Corps. A highly decorated veteran, General Hearney has held command positions at the squadron, air group and air wing level. During Desert Shield and Desert Storm he served as Deputy Commander, 1st Marine Expeditionary Force. He has also held numerous senior staff assignments, including Deputy Director for Operations, U.S. European Command and Deputy Chief of Staff for Requirements, Programs and Aviation, Headquarters Marine Corps.
General Hearney is a native of Petaluma, California. He was commissioned a 2nd Lt. in the Marine Corps in 1962. He holds a bachelor of arts degree from Stanford University and a master of arts degree from Pepperdine University. He is also a graduate of the Naval War College, Newport, Rhode Island. -
Lewis M. Taffer

Lewis M. Taffer is an independent management consultant with an extensive background in marketing and general management.
Prior to establishing his consulting practice, Taffer was Executive Vice President, Acquisition Marketing at America Online, a position in which he was responsible for the strategic direction, development, and implementation of customer acquisition efforts for AOL.
Prior to joining AOL, Taffer spent more than two decades at American Express in a series of key marketing, business development and general management positions. He headed the American Express Gold Card in the early 1990's, managed American Express's Card relationships with the largest airline, hotel, retailing, restaurant and entertainment companies in the U.S., launched the Membership Rewards Program and developed ShopAmex, an online shopping portal for Amex Cardmembers that is powered by InfoSpace.
An attorney by training, Taffer began his career as a legal aid lawyer in Pittsburgh. He thereafter served as Assistant Counsel to the Senate Banking Committee in Washington, D.C., where he authored several important federal statutes, including the Electronic Funds Transfer Act.
Taffer received a B.A. from the University of Pittsburgh, and a J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School. He serves on the Board of Directors of several trade and charitable organizations. -
George M. Tronsrue III

George M. Tronsrue III is currently Co-manager of Jericho Fund, LLC, an investment and consulting company. From January 2000 to March 2004, Tronsrue served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Monet Mobile Networks, Inc., a Seattle-based wireless Internet service provider.
Prior to Monet Mobile, Tronsrue was President and Chief Operating Officer of XO Communications (formerly NEXTLINK Communications). At XO, Tronsrue oversaw the company's entry into 20 major domestic markets, its initial entry into broadband services, and (as president and CEO of XO Communications International) its progression into major markets abroad.
Prior to his tenure at XO Communications, Tronsrue was Chief Operating Officer and an initial executive management member of e.spire Communications Group responsible for building out the Internet data and fiber infrastructure in their first 30 markets.
Prior to e.spire, Tronsrue built and managed the first eight cable TV joint ventures for Teleport Communications Group and was also part of the initial senior management team at MFS Communications, where over five years he was responsible for the build out and operations of MFS's initial 11 markets and their collocation initiative with the Federal Communications Commission.
A graduate of the U.S. Military Academy, Tronsrue also serves on the Board of Directors for several private and charitable organizations. -
Vanessa Wittman

Vanessa Wittman is executive vice president and chief financial officer of Adelphia Communications Corporation, the fifth-largest cable television company in the country. She was named to Adelphia's management team in March 2003.
Prior to Adelphia, Wittman was chief financial officer of broadband network services provider 360networks, where she led the Company's restructuring efforts and successful emergence from bankruptcy protection in November 2002. Ms. Wittman initially joined 360networks as vice president of corporate development.
Previously, Wittman served as senior director of corporate development at Microsoft and was chief financial officer of the wireless-services company Metricom, Inc.
Ms. Wittman holds a BS/BA in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and an MBA from the University of Virginia's Darden Graduate School of Business. -
William J. Rucklshaus

William J. Rucklshaus is currently Chief Financial Officer of Revenue Science, Inc., a venture-backed advertising technology and services company.
Prior to Revenue Science, Mr. Ruckelshaus was Senior Vice President and Head of Corporate Development for Expedia, Inc., where he oversaw Expedia's acquisitions and led strategic planning and cross-company business development efforts.
Mr. Ruckelshaus came to Expedia from Credit Suisse First Boston Technology Group, where he was a Director of Mergers & Acquisitions focusing on services, software and Internet verticals. -
Nick Graziano

Nick Graziano is a Managing Director of Sandell Asset Management Corp., an investment manager, and has over 10 years of financial management experience.
Previously, Mr. Graziano was an investment analyst with Icahn Associates Corp, the primary investment vehicle of Carl Icahn including Icahn Partners, a multi-billion dollar global hedge fund.
Prior to joining Icahn Associates Corp, Mr. Graziano was Vice President in the Investment Banking Department of Thomas Weisel Partners.
